My mom has owned cars all her life. She’s getting older now and doesn’t get around as well. She doesn’t care about sitting up high, hauling stuff around, or going off-road, but she’s ready to pull the trigger on an SUV for easier ingress/egress.

While agree with the sportiness and practicality, I think Jake would be dogged by his construction coworkers if he drove a Volvo or Saab.
