this chart also doesn’t take into consideration quantity used. tabasco is usually used as an ingredient, where as Frank’s, for instance, could just be a sauce on its own. like, I’m not about to toss some chicken wings in just tabasco...

Well, under conditions most people can achieve at home on a stove, liquid water will never be 165C...

I don’t really see why science isn’t sexy. Or talking about ovulation, or trying to make a baby in general.

It doesn’t really matter. It only takes 15 seconds at 165 degrees to kill e. coli, which is going to be your main concern.

I use the plastic lids that fit standard Mason jars. I like their cross-usability, and I always have some on hand, so I can keep clean ones in constant rotation.

My first cookbook was given to me by my mother for my 18th birthday and before I moved out on my own; Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. I honestly haven’t flipped though it in a long while, but it was the perfect college cookbook.

Other than my small emergency savings, everything goes to paying down debt as fast as possible (and I really don’t have that much compared to many of my peers).

There is definitely healthy stress. Keeping busy and challenged are important to your all around health.

And for plate ups if you have something too small to handle with tongs.

Hi, English graduate here. Unfortunately for my kin, the introductory essays are usually the most important part of the book for the teachers.

Eh, only if you’re rolling around McScrooge style in your pile of fraudulent tax returns.

I’m of the philosophy that no one is truly selfless. There is only a difference in how we are selfish. The drive to feel warm and fuzzy is human nature, some find it in narcissism, others find it in sacrifice; but we, as humans, only do anything to feel better about ourselves.

In a truly tiny apartment, duplicates of anything take up too much space.

Very similar to my method. On paper I space out 6 sections for produce, deli, protein, dry, and dairy.

Now I’m no fancy scientist, but my evidence suggests adding whiskey to water makes it taste better, too.
