Truth. One should find an alternative, genuinely compassionate thing to say that is not a definitive apology. False apologies are a condescension & a fraud. If you care, you will be guided by truth+compassion.

Hi :) I couldn't tell how to save via the browser menu. Are you using Chrome? My menu offers 'Save page as...', but of course that's the whole big thing of saving it to your hard drive. Halp?
