    I agree with the other respondents. This isn't helicopter parenting, this is a reasonable "the new coach just said I'm off the team and get out" response by the next logical person to say "hey, what gives?"

    Agreed. The banking is great and, if you have access to their insurance products (military vet or one in your family who has joined USAA) those are hard to beat, too. We have auto, home, personal property insurance and banking through USAA.

    There is no flip side....it's the same side. You want to know about corporate policy so you can decide if you want to work there. So you can know if corporate policies are going to affect your life in ways that aren't acceptable to you.
