All you are seeing is reinvestment. For a company to grow they need to spend. More factories, more workers, more engineers, etc. If you wait until one segment is profitable before you spend it, you end up slowing your growth down.

Completely agree. There is a XJC sitting in a junk yard near me that part of me wants to buy and restomod (but keeping is jag - no small blocks, etc.), but my wife would kill me as I already have one jag on jacks in the garage already. Besides, I don’t have the skill or costs to do something this beautiful...
