If you find yourself engaging in this type of behavior.......this is why nobody likes you.

Because they’re not just cancelling shows with “tiny” fanbases. They’re cancelling well-reviewed shows with solid viewerships right at the point where they would have to start paying residuals to the writers. It’s only shows with massive viewerships (like, say, Stranger Things) that are allowed to pass that point.
