I’m just bemused by the sheer number of accounts I follow in Instagram that haven’t posted anything in months suddenly putting up a black graphic today. I don’t doubt their sincerity, I’m glad for the show of support but it seems so easy as to be kind of meaningless.

In addition to the services being affected, there’s also the matter of how and where the police try to move the protesters. DC’s Young Adult line has been crushing it! I’ve been following it more than I’ve followed their comics because they’re doing something really interesting here by basically having fun with the premises. They’re not all to my tastes, but at least they’re interesting.

One of the grosser aspects in all of this is this interview Jack Dorsey did (with Andrew Yang, of all people!) about giving away his billions, and the headline kind of says it all:
