The animated Watchmen was supposed to be headed for a 2024 release, but the trailer’s framing of it as a “movie event” makes it sound like it’s going to end up landing on Max, instead of theaters.

Ned’s Atomic Dustbin, “Kill Your Television”

The Jesus and Mary Chain ft. Hope Sandoval - Sometimes Always

Voices Carry by Til Tuesday!

Evil by Interpol.

Something to honor Steve Albini! Big Black’s “Bad Penny” or “Kerosene”, or Shellac’s “Prayer to God” or “Death of Radio” would be great choices.

I’ma need a cover of “In A Big Country,” by Big Country. Criminally underrated song that any number of bands can make some quality hay with.

So that was definitely Dina trying to get a peek at Ellie, right?

This is who we are.

Millennium!!!!

I wouldn’t expect any better from someone who recaps plot points with zero insightful commentary and then calls it a day. The only reason I keep coming back here week after week is the amazing community in the comments section.

Also, Linda Ronstadt has a Parkinson’s like illness - progressive supranuclear palsy- which has of some of the same symptoms, has talked about her inability sing, yet her legacy still touched both of these people, I think there’s some beautiful meta-commentary on art and love overcoming adversity.

My loathing for this reviewer continues to increase. Stop putting spoilers in your recaps! Not everyone has played the game and knows what happened to Ellie’s friend.

So much of prestige TV has trained me to suspect the worst, so when Frank was invited in I kept thinking how is this stranger going to destroy Bill’s life?

I legit cried for almost the whole 10 minute sequence on the last day. Murray Bartlett was great, but Nick Offerman’s acting just wrecked me. And totally didn’t expect Bill to die too, since he was still alive in the game. It was such a beautiful story. Could have easily worked as a standalone short film.

If this episode only merits an A, I’d like to see what an A+ episode would be.

This was a perfect, perfect hour of television.

Someone should be fired for suggesting “10 miles west of Boston” looks like the Pacific Northwest. I mean, that’s like downtown Newton FFS.

For all the discussion about lineup selections and the “story” a festival lineup is supposed to tell, why is this year’s Riot Fest lineup not posted or linked in the article.

You mean people who like to actually enjoy the coffee as opposed to turning it into a milk shake?

Go into a Market Basket almost anytime on a Saturday or Sunday. There is no room in that store for a ghost.
