Saag Paneer is one of my favorite things to make at home.

Be ready to cry alot over ripped dough.

As a vegetarian that drifts into pescatarian territory at times, Taco Bell is a godsend when traveling and vegetarian restaurants are scarce.  Yes, Burger King has a veggie burger, but I’ve found that not all of them carry that option.  

Santa Cruz.  Yes, places say they do a Sicilian, but its not good or very authentic.  Someone said there’s a few decent places in S.F.; I haven’t found them yet, but live in hope.  

As a former resident of Bergen County, NJ, I am so happy that Lodi Pizzeria is still in business. Their pizza was and probably still remains delicious.

Wow memory land time. This was the quick and cheap dinner of my childhood, slathered on Kaiser rolls with home made slaw on the side. 

My older sister went to the original. She concurred with Pete Townsend that they people who waxed romantic about how wonderful it was, probably didn’t actually attend. It was a pretty miserable experience for the audience due to the rain, overcrowding and lack of necessary food and amenities.

Too bad this didn’t happen at Outside lands in 2017.   By the end of day 2, it was pretty much a human litter box that reeked to high heaven near the main stage.

The caption was great.  First thing I thought was it really looks like a still photo from a Forensic Files episode.  And honestly, a few of my group dinners with certain people in the past had that potential..

This. We did the same thing with our two. I remember taking them in their pre-teen years to a nice restaurant in Lake Tahoe and a couple coming over and gushing on how well behaved our children were.   Did I expect my kids to be Emily Post, no?  But we expected them to act like civilized, respectful human beings.   

One year my husband and I made a resolution to get on the “wall” of our local pub by drinking all 99 beers on their menu over the span of 12 months. We both hit it by October of that year.  It wasn’t too hard--we both love beer.
