This was filmed in the town where I work, Santa Cruz. At the time they had a bit of a problem with serial killers by the name of Edmund Emil Kemper III and John Linley Frazier. The city already had a nickname of the "Murder Capital of the World" so they insisted that they change the city name to "Santa Carla".

Ah Glenn, like the other asshole man-children of Fort Lee and Northern NJ, you remain one of the reasons I left and won't return to the Garden State.

And…the Pens win!

He's still laughing all the way to the bank..

I'm watching hockey. Which seems odd when its nearly June

After going to the Zapanale festival in Bad Doberan, I will attest that I have never seen as much beer consumed at a festival as I did in the three days we were there. I think my blood was a good part Lübzer Pils at some point during the weekend. So the fact that there are finding a way to shipping in a great deal

We spent our honeymoon in Mazatlan and drank ALOT of Pacifico and Sol. Generally though I like obscuras, and Modelo and Bohemia are go tos when I'm jonesing for a Mexican beer.

We went up to a winery and listened to a guitarist who was heavily influenced by Van Morrison, and ended up taking a long detour through the Santa Cruz mtns. And after watching our previous band implode due to ego issues, we're going to start an open jam night and see what comes out of it—even if its just myself on

I've played that song in a band—its one of those songs that once you get past the production is a really nice tune.

I remember reading about that concert and Gregg or Duane coming out the Fillmore East with Bill Graham and it was just breaking dawn and someone saying "Just like coming out of Church on Sunday morning". I'm not the biggest Allman Brothers fan, but that album is amazing.

Do they play this on repeated cycles during your dining experience?

1977—I was a Freshman in HS. For some reason, my friends couldn't organize us all going at the same time, and I gleefully went with 4 separate friends, 4 times. Those first three movies were significant sign posts during my HS and college years.

Wonderful Star Wars! Yes, they are!

A friend loaned me on of Adam Carolla's books. Read about 10 pages and felt like I needed to jump in a vat of bleach to get rid of the slime. My only hope is that he wakes up some morning and finds he's black, female and gay, and it doesn't take "50 years" for it to happen.

I have to agree with Mr. Watt on that one. Grohl is one of my favorite drummers; his drumming is distinctive enough that you can tell when he plays on a certain track. I love FF, but I might like Dave Grohl as a drummer just slightly more.

A thing that laughs all the way to the bank. If nothing else, the Rock is great at marketing "the Rock"

I'll pass on this one. Gotta hand it to Disney, they took a very vague concept from a theme park ride and beat all the money they could get out of a dead horse, or should I say, Pirate.

People always talked about his Bond role, but I really liked him as Simon Templar, aka the "Saint". RIP
