I just love the fact that this article attracted two completely separate comments featuring Gilbert Gottfried GIFs, which is entirely appropriate.
Politics, would be a safe bet.
Does SJP have some credit card debt or student loans or something?
That picture was from 7 face transplants ago.
So the abolition feminists quoted in the article aren’t saying anything about perpetrators being victims. There is a focus on their part on how victims often are punished in place of their victimizers because of their gender, perceived sexuality and gender presentation, income level etc.
“I generally did not date girls in high school,” Moore said on the stand, according to the Montgomery Advertiser.
Oh. That flew over my head, I thought he was describing his time in highschool. But now can totally see he means the girls he dated were generally not in highschool (I assume meaning at the time when he would have been in his 30's).
The fact that Moore was only beaten by two points tells you everything you need to know about Alabama.
I generally did not date girls in high school. hoo-boy. That’s a statement there. ‘Generally’, meaning that while under oath I cannot actually deny dating high schoolers. That’s... that’s not good. That’s what happens when you use lies and scare tactics on kids. Once they figure out you’ve lied, they won’t trust anything you say.
“Wait, I can just huff glue in the back of art class?”
Considering D.A.R.E schools actually often showed an increase in drug use and abuse, I really have zero respect for their damn opinion on this.
I’m an 80s baby and I learned about drugs and different types of drugs from D.A.R.E, Sloppy Top Nancy, and the various “Very Special Episodes” from the 80s and the 90s.
All they taught me was the “Just Say No!” slogan at school and from Punky Brewster, and that drug users are villainous maniacs or zombies and nothing…
