Absolutely. I know of someone who would have had a healthy baby but the baby was permanently handicapped due to being born vaginally to a mother with herpes. It does have to be looked after in some cases.

I think this one hard go judge. I mean there are a lot of wealthy people who raise their kids to be horrible adults and a lot of poor people who raise their kids to be great and productive members of society. Some of the best and more charitable adults I’ve known in my life came from poor single parents.
