*eyeroll* @ the grays wanting proof of him calling her a black bitch, but if there WAS video of him calling her a black bitch they’d ignore it because they don’t know what happened before the video started and she could have provoked him.

Racist white men are the most fragile, scared and sensitive people in the country, which I think has a lot to do with these fits and power trips.
Just another bad apple I suppose:
This is all wonderful info - thank you so much for sharing the wisdom.
For people in the US who don’t know Manchester well. One bit of history that ties the countries together... Manchester was the heart of the Lancashire cotton spinning industry which was by far the largest importer of American cotton in the world. As such, the Confederacy hoped that the UK would intervene on their side…
Did you get the news that the US government leaked details of the investigation to the US media? This was after specifically being told not to do so by the British government who didn’t want to compromise the hunt for other terrorists.
I’ve been making it a point to read and find out more of each of the victims as they are named. I was reading through Martyn Hett’s twitter, a young man who tragically was lost, and he gave me an unexpected laugh this morning:
I was in London during the 2005 bombing - I was actually on the train when it happened (two stations away). I felt the bomb go off, the train went dark and everyone fell to the floor. Then we backed up to the last station and evacuated, they were shepherding everyone on to busses to get us away from the train station…
Alright, ardent “pro-lifers” where are your signs and your bullhorns? Where will you be marching up and down and shouting about precious babies that need protection?
Oh I don’t doubt that. I just wanted to point out that the bomber himself is not an immigrant if he was born there. But that sort of discerning point will be lost on the sort of person who wants to use this for justification of their bigotry.
Those of us old enough, remember decades of IRA attacks in the UK. Manchester itself has been bombed before, but with no fatalities.
I live in Belgium...When I see another mass shooting in the US I’m grateful I live here, where ill intended people have a hard time getting their hands on guns. I live in a city where I can walk the streets without any risk of dying by a random stray bullet. If I lived in the US, I would look over my shoulder more…
I honestly found that insulting. Here in Manchester, we’re all struggling to find the right words to talk about this, and him saying that seemed thoughtless.
If you don’t know that making crass jokes about dead children will offend your potential audience and create headaches for your sponsors, then you suck at your job and deserve to be fired.
Lives ruined? Nah. He’ll be fine in the long run. Some of the people at the concert? Not so much. Optics can be a real bitch.
You reap what you sew. If you’re going to try and make your cash off the suffering of others, you deserve what you get.
I’m loving this decade. This is the decade of “Wait, what do you mean I have to be responsible for my actions now?”
We get it. You’re a horrible fucking person. You’ve proved your point beyond any doubt.
Never seen so many assholes show up on twitter so fast. If you are gonna go on Twitter be ready to get slapped by a SERIOUS wave of racism and xenophobia. Be ready, be strong, conserve your energy, pick your battles and then those who go way too far - fucking let them have it.
Particularly for RPGs, RTS or especially games like Telltale games, I hope developers put more resources to making the games accessible for those with visual or auditory impairment. It seems to me like there’s no reason why Toby couldn’t enjoy The Walking Dead or Game of Thrones with proper auditory ques.
