Hopefully since Red Tide is only 6 episodes it'll wait until at least episode 4 to get nonsensical.

Honestly, this has me wildly interested. Like you said, it has an eerily similar feel to Alan Wake and anything Stephen King, but it looks really solid. It also seems to be just the right amount of classic AHS, meaning the camp and the bonkers nature of the whole thing are present (yes to Frances Conroy in more…
Now he's a has-bean!
I wasn’t crazy about Jennings, but I would have taken him over this.
It’s funny that they’re bringing up criticism of Bialik now after calling the show “cowards” for not hiring her as the main host.
Why would they hire a host that, despite having a lot of buzz and self-promotion, turned out to be not at all good at the job?
:::Mark Ruffalo shrugs one of those “whaddayagonnado” type shrugs:::
Dick Cheney doesn't see the problem
But to be fair, no thank you LeVar Burton please.
You’re not wrong, but it’s kind of interesting how several of these “many angry and confused questions” didn’t seem to show up in the “just give her the job already!” article you guys ran not even a week ago.
You might be right on Richards but IMO the whole Burton only had one week argument has no leg to stand on. LeVar came out guns ablazing about how there was no better choice than him and had everyone behind him (myself included). And then he did considerably worse than a NFL QB did in hosting the show.
Fan favorite LeVar Burton, meanwhile, had to contend both with summer heat and the Olympics, which likely contributed to him scoring the lowest ratings out of all the show’s guest hosts.
Hiring another geriatric host, and particularly one who kind of whiffed during his hosting week, seems pretty low on the list of things to make people happy.
Meh, they’re both garbage people, but I haven’t watched the show in 20 years, so my outrage has passed.
Werent they they the main characters from Perfect Strangers?
Haven’t we all cost our previous employer 7 million plus in a settlement because of sh*tty behavior, only to be put in charge of the search for a prestigious position and then rigged the search for oneself? Could happen to any bland white guy.
I’m not sure why the pseudo-contest aspect was even promoted.
“A lot of angry and confused questions.”
I'm guessing these union rules are recent, since Mel Blanc did pretty much every character for decades.
That’s like how I stand with Vasquez from Aliens. She’s brownface and stereotypically “street” Chicana, and as a Latin (no -x, pls) person I should be offended but... she’s such an awesome character (and particularly a great female character at a time when women were hardly ever portrayed in mainstream movies as real…
