You know what, that ‘Lindley’ is right: there ARE a lot of people behind his return to big screen projects! I saw and liked him very much as a villain in Showtime’s “The Affair” and wondered why we haven’t seen him very much in a while. I know a woman who used to date him years ago and she said he’s a real mensche and

The first Mummy is the closest we’ve come to replicating the Indiana Jones films, and Fraser is a big reason why his character comes off as charming and romantic rather than an insufferable douchebag.

Charismatic, big puppy dog vibe too.  He’s very hard not to like.  It’s nice to know it’s genuine.

He was robbed of an Emmy nomination for Trust. I think the biggest problem was that the show had no traction and it came out the same time as All The Money in the World which told almost the same story.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good of a job he does in Doom Patrol, seems like a real genuine dude too. Hope he’s not in too much pain from all those injuries and surgeries.

I rewatched The Mummy Returns recently and anybody who can make a movie with bones that bad into something really pretty entertaining deserves all the career success. (No discredit to Rachel Weisz, who is also better than that movie deserved)

hot take: aside from some wonderful acting and Mare being a great character, the story was kind of a mess anyway, so I don’t think a season 2 would detract much.

How likely is this to get past 1 season?.

Yeah, as pilots go it was absolutely fine.

Led by Hilary Duff, the store-brand plain Cheerios of actresses.

My god, that might be the most boring, generic-sounding character line-up that I’ve ever heard.

Couldn’t agree more!

Mare of Easttown apparently learned nothing from Big Little Lies and will grunt and strain and contort itself to shit out another season (based on some “incredible new idea” that Brad Inglesby just happened to have in his noggin right after HBO offered him an 8-figure development deal), instead of letting a great show

yeah, WTF ever happened to her?

And just think, this could’ve ALL been Greta Gerwig’s.

I’m 35 and aspire not to work any longer.

I thought “aspiring” was butt sweat.

Is that 3 out of 5 characters who are “aspiring” to be something at 35?

I watched that unaired pilot and it was nowhere near “painful,” but bland.

Please stop making me feel sad about GLOW, yeesh.
