To be fair though, walking (and other activities) is more comfortable with a small thick heel than complete flats (no arch support), as they imitate the feeling of sneakers more. So boot style shoes with up to 2 inch heels, are the best, which a lot of these ladies seem to be wearing.

I was more than mildly irritated that “you don’t own me” was remixed last year and released as some pop song, because it used to be my indicator to who was a First Wives Club fan, and now all the younglings know it as some frothy pop song with a rap mix (and I’m a millenial).
