also, milk alternatives are generally not all that good for you. Almond milk has a shit ton of additives (yes, the organic kind) and if you care about the environment, it wastes loads of water to create. Anywho, I switched to whole milk last year from 1% so suck it, milk-haters!

but everyone seems to drop like mayflies in this show. Tyrese was marked for death the moment he became the "moral compass" or voice of trying to really retain one's humanity on the show, much like Dale & Herschel before him.

the show seems to kill off all the characters who function in the role of "moral compass" - Dale, Herschel & finally Tyrese. I was less sad, than just mad that they killed Tyrese last night.
