You can buy seeds for your garden too with SNAP. Had a retired gentleman’s eyes light up because he always wanted to make a garden, printed him off some brochures about gardening specific to our area.
That’s just not true. The price part, that is. Even in my expensive neighborhood, I can get a rotisserie chicken for $5 on special on Sundays, $7 regularly. $6 at Costco for a giant one.

This is key for pork. The difference between ground pork that has been browned or not is unbelievable. Ground pork is my preferred meat now that I’ve learned to cook it properly, thanks to one of my Mexican neighbours who showed me how she makes her enchiladas. If you’re going to go through the effort of doing this, why not fill the ice cube/popsicle/muffin tray with the punch and freeze it. Then, even if it does melt, you will never dilute the mixture. Unless you’re trying to freezing something with an absurd amount of booze, salt, or sugar of course.
