I’m not being sarcastic. I’ve actually admired Nader for years as a consumer advocate (much of his work is being undermined at this point) but not as a politician. Also my grudges keep me young.

The next national election is more than three years off and your rage will never stay fresh at this rate. Focus on 2018. Find someone in your district to support or encourage someone to run that you think you could support. Or not. Your call.

So you think I shouldn’t vote, then? Will keep your input in mind, internet stranger.

So your straw man is slavery? Bold choice.

I’m reading what you are saying as “They did it first.” I don’t know if that’s how you mean it, but that is how it is coming across.

So, your original point about being done in by his own party is (since wrong) no longer a point that you care to make? Here, you have my cookie. You need it.

Or, and consider this, you start the Berniecrats (or whatever name) and maybe, just maybe, one of the other two parties fail and you move the whole playing field left. Yeah, a lot of work, but not really any more than changing the entire structure of a party you don’t seem to have much use for... Remember, we’ve

At first, lambic, I thought it was “She saw o man”. And I was sitting with the poetic beauty of that. Then I got it.

Good point. Personally I need some info on where the fast-moving trees are because I was going to go hiking this weekend and I want to know what I’m in for. I’ve been charged by moose, menaced by bears, intimidated by wolves, but I’ve never been chased by a fast moving tree...

Yes, Nader is still in the news. Thank heavens you’ve kept your eye on the real priority. BTW, I actually read Unsafe at any Speed, but I’m still mad at Nader for the 2000 election. The mean snowflakes are grudge holders from way back...

What I hear you say is your tired of Hillary supporters who are stuck on losing the election. But you are also stuck on Sanders losing the primary. So...

Yeah, but Duder...Hillary is Shrillary and Killary and we all hate her (at least that’s what I read) so she should never have anything nice. Also, Birdie Sanders!

Start a party. Call it the Berniecrats. That way you can run it however you want. Done and done.

In a pizza parlor? (Sorry, could not resist.)

Just to say—if scandals matter we would not have had Trump. He had a daily scandal. I read somewhere that because the idea of “fairness” in the media is that if you say something bad about one candidate you have to say something bad about the other led the media to report on the latest Trump scandal and follow it with

You know that Sanders is an Independent, right? He is not a Democrat, and did not change parties before running in the Dem primary.

So will you vote? Not being sarcastic, actually. Genuinely curious.

Lower castes? Do we have castes now, too?

He actually worked pretty effectively with republicans in IL when he was in the state government. So it’s not like it hadn’t worked before. Obama is and was a centrist, I knew it when I voted for him. And I think a centrist is much, much better than whatever it is that Trump is. I always get to vote left, left in the

Right, she ran twice for the nomination and won it once. But you said “they” ran her twice. Who is this they you speak of?
