Aren’t all Smash characters salty when they loose? It’s one of Smash’ landmarks.

Totally, but there’s a large group of retro and hipster gamers out there who goes for indie games.
Of course. I don’t mind reading his comments when they happen, but he abuses his viewers in his videos, so I won’t be a part of it, neither will I support his channel by viewing his content.
ah right. :) anyway, as Danjal says, more companies tend to turn a blind eye to non-monitized content which supports my claim.
So you’re saying they will rip (or dig out digital files) all the PS2 games they can find and upload them, hoping they will work?
Emulation is tricky, it would be easier for them to make the old disc working and let users report back if single games work, then update th emulator to work with that game.
By offering the…
I assume that discs you already will be able to play on it, like the X1 can play X360 games, but of course I have no inside knowledge. Guess we will have to wait until PSX.
oh that’s just so marvelous. I wonder if he follow suit with other gaffers suggestions, like livestreaming it..? xD
The biggest issue is the ad revenue companies as well as false companies issuing the DMCA’s.
I don’t think they will get flagged if the video isn’t monitized. If you aren’t trying to earn, just keep the videos un monitized. I might be wrong, I’ve just never gotten a notice on other than monitized content.
Yeah I’m not too fond of him being chosen, there’s far better games media youtubers out there, however, he might be the most prominent and educated one, but I hate his ways.
I often forget to check my notifications here, sorry for the late reply.
You might thank that was self-advertised, but I don’t get a dime from visits, on the contrary I pay to keep the site online, so sharing the link was absolute only to share an opinion.
Ten times this. Uncontrolled advertising on the internet is the real reason why people take in ad block etc. I wrote a piece about it, sadly it is danish, but feel free to check it with a translater.
Props for you, as journalist reaching this number of readers, to speak up and say “this is not okay” to a developer trying the waters to see how far they can go.
SOME gamers wants SOME games to be supported for years. Driveclub is getting a bike update as a standalone game. That will most likely support them for a year while doing their work.
I know it costs to maintain games. Full games at full launch price can do it by making DECENT DLC (gta iv comes to mind) not doing…
you should go check the movie. ;)
To counter your argument. If you, as a developer, want microtransactions, make the game free or at a low price point to justify the extra cost for the gamers. I hate it and I don’t support developers who does this. which explains why I don’t buy skins or weapons dlc’s and never microtransactions either - in free games.
I don’t like seeing Rise of the Tomb Raider on the exclusive game list. It’s only timed, and not for that long.
And BC on PS4, there’s a lots of ports from PS1 and 2, certainly more than there’s BC games on the X360.
Nah, I’m not buying into the pinball causing it. it is def. home consoles that killed arcades. Also, internet in homes (at least here in denmark where we all get 5+mps in each home (very few is outside this scope) and with more and more phone providers going above 10GB / month, it’s killing the internet cafe’s. They…
I don’t know Hideo-san very well, and I don’t know his opinions. But seeing Konami adding pay to win/survive elements in the online part, it makes me wonder if Hideo was opposing against it, and Konami said “too bad, we’re doing it anyway” making them having a huge grusome breakup...
each emailadddress hos the birthday date in the name, and probably the password too. so it is manageable if you’re smart about it. or post-it notes.
