The look on his face as he’s walking away tells me he just won that $20 dare from his friends.

The bullet sponge enemies were the biggest problem for me. I think Destiny 2 (of all things) found a good way around this with their raids, introducing actual MMO raid mechanics that made positioning and timing matter as much as dealing damage. Hopefully what they’re describing here eliminates that problem, because…
Conspicuously absent: a new Splinter Cell.
This looks like a Greatest Hits album for AC, and I mean that in the best possible way. That gameplay footage pretty much sold me immediately.
I’m actually pretty disappointed, because it looks like it’s just gonna be 100% about multiplayer ship combat. What I really wanted was Black Flag without the Assassin’s Creed nonsense, i.e. a single player story about pirates. Like, Sid Meier’s Pirates! but more complex.
Also known as a “terrorist cell” for those who aren’t white don’t exhibit obvious ‘mental health issues’.
Who knows, maybe he can rein in the fat, demented, dictator bent on destroying the United States, and Kim Jong-Un as well.
Looks pretty cool! Thanks for the recommendation =D
Pleasantly surprised how good Gears of War 5 looks.
I shouted “OH MY GOD THEY EA’D GEARS OF WAR!” when I saw the Funko Pop mobile stuff, but then they quickly recovered.
It definitely seems like they were banking on Destiny 2 being some sort of massive phenomenon, instead of, you know... a huge disappointment and something all but the hardcore fans have moved on from.
I feel like the Anthem footage they showed was like almost exactly the same thing they showcased last year. Like not shot for shot, but just the overall feel of it. They TOLD us a lot more about how it will work, but I feel like I don’t know much more than I did last year about how the game will work.
Maybe the game will be good but I just... I don’t get how the hell you can manage to make being Space Iron Man look boring.
I guess EA wanted to make amends for screwing up lootboxes for the rest of the industry by setting a laughably low bar to beat at E3.
CoD Blops 4 did. I don’t know about anyone else.
Honestly, I think Battlefield’s would be pretty much perfect, which is why I was really surprised that they haven’t announced anything yet. But who knows?
I’m hoping so! But the thing is, they haven’t really given many firm details of how many of the aspects of the game are going to work as of yet (AFAIK they haven’t even said how many players will be in one match). And not to mention that CoD gameplay has always been pretty fast-paced and “arcade-y” compared to the…
I’m still waiting for a game in the style of PUBG and H1Z1, but with the polish and cosmetics system of Fortnite.
