Reverse the order there and you’ll feel less guilt about the ice cream, cake, and pizza.

But with even higher stakes. I still can't believe he got to sneak in a third scotus pick.
THIS. I wouldn’t give a rat’s ass if Trump started wiping out his own supporters, but it’s not just them. They’re a danger to everyone they come in contact with, and because they’re Trump supporters you know most are not wearing masks appropriately and keeping their germs to themselves.
If Trump’s rally attendees could keep the virus among themselves, maybe it would serve them right. But unfortunately, they’ll spread it to innocent bystanders.
That Bloomberg article goes on to say the following (emphasis mine):
TY and also so very true. I’ve always been the hands on crafty sort. And oddly enough our New Yrs resolution for 2020 had been to reduce, reuse & recycle. The combination of the two really helped us to get through these past 8 months. And I’ve just truly focused on making day to day life safe, happy and full. I’ve…
You embody the lesson we all should learn this year: There are ways to be happy if you work at it and stop demanding reality conform to your desires.
Biden *is* a career politician.
Voted today. As a very left, very progressive voter who, who only gets more radical every day and who hates so many aspects of Joe Biden’s career—his “tough on crime” history culminating in his promotion of the 1994 crime bill, his infamous protection of corporate interests at the expense of consumers, his terrible…
They won a battle, not the war.
I don’t blame Democrats for not stopping this nomination, or for not doing a bunch of procedural shit or whatever to delay it....it was a foregone conclusion no matter what. But now, there is no coherent argument I can think of to not expand the court, except “Well, Democrats might not win the White House or the…
Re: Murkowski, I got nothing.
I mostly do wear a mask outside, for several reasons.
Yeah I’d never in a million years wear leggings as pants at work but I’m living in them at home. If I stand up to get something and they see I have leggings on, it’s not the end of the world, and often fuzzy enough that there’s some ambiguity there whether they’re skinny pants or leggings.
My outside time also tends to be on common paths through parks, and there’s not always a place where you can get far enough off the path while a half-dozen people wander slowly by without masks anywhere in sight because “it’s safe if you’re outside”.
If you’re outdoors, exposures are short, and people are nearly always more than six feet away, the mask doesn’t add much protection. If you’ll be encountering many people—for example, on a busy city street—a mask is a helpful safety layer to include.
Mine is when Sally Jessy asks Gomez to stop calling in to her show. The entire sequence where he gets sucked into daytime TV is hysterical.
Do you know what I have found works really with the Trumpers? “I don’t know what you see in that guy. He’s a loser.” Don’t bombard them with facts and logic. They’re immune. Leave them with no room to argue. “Failed businessman. Failed husband. Failed husband. Failed president. Loser.” Repeat as necessary. Drives them…
My favorite quote is “I’ll be the victim” “All your life”
