See, I’d say the opposite. My "small" town pd gets enough funding to do it's job without having to resort to revenue generation from tickets, and is therefore genuinely helpful when needed. Far better than VA state troopers, though county cops are ok. But small town cops, in my experience, care about the small town.

They're different cars. NB is built on Na, which goes back to 1989. Mines an 01, and ABS was an option not selected by the original purchaser. Nc is much more modern.
