Such databases are useless. Number spoofing just randomizes the phone number they’re calling from, within parameters to make it appear local. Scammer calls will very often end up using a real person’s number, so cataloging the numbers isn’t good and doesn’t affect the scammers at all.

There’s literally nothing that can be done to enforce the do not call list. 100% of the calls come from indian scammers. Why would they fear our laws?
