I love this car. Still a head-turner today. It's a good thing I don't own a garage, or my wallet would be much more empty.

"extra grab handle" Really?

It does, actually, for a lot of things, having owned one myself. It's not all about the engine. The tops on these cars are 4k to replace. The paint (at least in this case) is a costly tri-color (rio yellow pearl)..(hopefully it has been repainted correctly.) The seats are easily worn, and are around 2k.

I have a similar valance on my s2k. Just an aftermarket piece.

No, but what is your point? They don't do that to break even.

I'm from Ohio, and have only lived in DC for two years, so I'm familiar with car commuting. I also have an s2000 here in DC, because the metro definitely doesn't reach everywhere I'd like to be. Driving in DC isn't terrible, so long as you're not doing it during rush hour.

So, like the Volkswagon EOS they're just cancelling? :b

Hey, they've got those tunnels..

I live there, and I disagree. Time between trains is long, especially on weekends (25 minute wait for the next train?), usually 2 of the cars in a train don't have working AC (its ~95 and humid here in the summer), most of the stations also don't have AC. Trains don't run 24 hours, and they constantly run well below

Not being 24 hours, and having long waits between trains is also a turn-off for DC.

Ah, that's key. I didn't see that he didn't write that in. Yeah, then that is entirely on the dealer.

Am I the only one that feels like this is equally, if not more the woman's part? You sign a contract that is potentially worth a lot of money, you'd better be damn-well aware of what you're signing. If you can't read the paperwork, take it to a lawyer or someone who can.

Well, it's cheaper than replacing a tank.

No, you're not. Electricity derived from a coal source is still better for the environment than an internal combustion engine due to their small size/low efficiency.

Unfortunately, the recession specials will likely be the 2.5l. Boo that engine for existing in this car.

Yeah, I think it's a bit of a crapshoot unless you can get both cars and do some mileage testing for yourself. But I certainly wouldn't be "impressed" by those numbers, either.

From the reviews I've read, people don't seem to get the advertised mpg on that ford engine (the 2.0t). But that engine is much newer. Also, Curb Weights. The GS is something like 3700-3800lbs (non-awd), where as the fusion is something like 3,300. That's quite the difference.

This is a high-feature 4-cylinder. Find other 4cyl's that have similar output, and the mpg's are likely to be quite similar.

I am dumbfounded you would make such an ignorant statement about electric cars, but to each their own.
