The Division is actually really fun. The various forums and the press are highly skewed towards focusing on the exploits and the whiners, which is understandable as it leads to more views.

Dang, I thought Star Wars: Armada was an upcoming videogame title. Someone should totally make one. I’m thinking RPG/MMO where you can purchase and upgrade your own ships, work your way up ranks in various factions, and then use your ship in conflicts — whether mundane like escorting a senator to Coruscant or

Wasn’t this rumored to come out earlier? October seems odd. It’ll be lost amongst all the other big name titles in the fall.

That is crazy. I wonder how many copies of GTA V are sold per day. That game is not as old, but is popular and still holds its retail price pretty well so I’m assuming sales are strong.

Did he and Peter Jackson go to the same film school????

Said it before and will say it again: a young Han Solo movie is not necessary. Harrison Ford = Han Solo. That’s it.

Luke: Sorry, off-topic. But The Division’s problem with missing characters might have a fix upcoming:

I had no idea who she was either. As someone else mentioned, I thought this was about Preston. Lol.

What do you mean? The game has been out for around 35 days. 160 hours / 35 days = ~4.5 hours per day. Keep in mind that time spent idle in the game counts as well so those half hour breaks to eat/talk/etc. aren’t actual playtime. Actual playtime averages ~3 to 3.5 hours per day. (Obviously higher on weekends and lower

I had over 7 days on the main character that I lost, so around 160+ hours. I’m not even mad; I want my character back, but I honestly just wish they would give me back some of the things I had earned because I don’t want to go through all that again. I had bought a lot of blueprints already and I don’t want to re-buy

Does the sword have any special abilities? Like how the void exotic swings in a circle, how the arc exotic shoots out arc damage, etc.?

I enjoyed True Lies! It was a fun and entertaining summer popcorn movie.

Yeah, Destiny taught me to be less obsessive in The Division (and all future games, for that matter). As long as my gear is good enough to beat the highest level of content that I want to play, then I’m fine with what I have. I am not try-harding or farming to get the absolute best gear and the best rolls. F that. The

Mankind Divided will be a day one game for me!!!!

“you do activities to get shit that makes obtaining new shit a little bit easier. And then that shit makes the next shit a little bit easier to get.”

True. I enjoy both, but timing-wise it seems to make more sense to do The Division first. Even if I got to 335 light this week in Destiny, it wouldn’t make a difference since I can’t take advantage of that til fall’s new content. But with The Division, I want to be as geared up as I can before May’s content drops.

I’ve been there — played with incompetent players who couldn’t stay alive in a raid for longer than 3 minutes. :(

Yup. The other negative factor is lack of matchmaking in Destiny. I’ve been able to complete everything in The Division via matchmaking. The randoms for the challenge modes have ranged from competent to amazing, and completely flies in the face of Bungie’s claim that matchmaking for raids wouldn’t work.

Well then, all the more reason to play The Division first. If a developer chooses not to be transparent and to keep its player base guessing, then they can gtfo. ;)

Logical reason for The Division over Destiny:
