Yeah, but Vader saw Han shoot him. Kylo Ren didn’t see Chewie up there, did he? Plus, remember that scene, when the cantina is getting attacked, when Han asks Chewie for the bow and then he blasts a couple of stormtroopers up into the air with one shot, with rock debris flying everywhere? That was a huge explosion.

It’s not you. (I didn’t mean it that way.) It was a dig at the game itself.

“Luke: Weirdly, the only really big reaction from ours was when Chewie’s bowcaster knocks that dude about 15ft backwards from a side-on shot.”

Sorry, I can’t play with you. I ran out of hard drive space. Maybe next week when I free up some space.

Uh, mine didn’t autoplay. I don’t think any embedded clips on these sites have ever autoplayed for me.

People don’t realize that this video was poorly captured. (I saw the video before it was pulled.) The alpha looked way better in real life.

Oh wow. I didn’t know. I thought the first people who saw it gave it such great word of mouth that it spread like wildfire. Didn’t know there was so much anticipation back then.

Haha. Nope. My price point is $20. Unless you’re throwing in a cookie, too????

I assume you didn’t read my other comment, which is understandable, but I don’t buy that theory of $Y worth for X hours of gameplay fuzzy math crap (no offense), so I will not address that though you are perfectly within your rights to believe in it.

Improper? Wow. So it was more appropriate to hear them scream as they burned rather than have them hanged? That’s kinda twisted... yeesh.

Why were people already in line for the first one? I assume this was taken after release day and after people heard positive reviews?

Wow. This is a sweet tent, relatively speaking. That retro Mac on the far left tho — lol.

No. You might enjoy. You might not. EA/DICE has acknowledged the lack of depth in this game and specifically stated that they designed the game to be casual, for parents to play with their kids. So given how you described yourself, you might actually enjoy it with your kids.

Wow. Thanks for your thoughts. Glad I skipped this one. Even the marketing of the game seemed disjointed. I didn’t know what they were going for so they never even pulled me in from the start.

Exactly. I give credit to them as well for making the game authentic to the Star Wars universe. The graphics, audio, etc. are top notch. No denying that. But gameplay, depth, and fun... meh.

I think everyone values games differently. I know a lot of people like to do math and say, well a game provides X hours of entertainment and compared to a movie ticket at $Y, that makes the game worth it...blah blah. I don’t buy that theory at all.

Yup. Just recently, too. I think it’s safe to assume all Activision games will have microtransactions from now on. Lol.

Same. I do see that some people on my friends list got Battlefront, but none of them has played it more than 2 days. Nobody. Sure, my friends list is not representative of all gamers, but that’s just sad.

No. It’s Bungievision. Microtransactions were expected. Plus it’s almost 2016. Destiny is passe now. (And this is coming from someone who owns all possible exotics and has all 3 classes that are 318-319 light level.)

I was starting to list my disappointments, but then realized that you had already covered most of them so here’s my biggest disappointment: Battlefront. I’m a huge Star Wars fan and was anticipating this so much, but the beta convinced me that I should not be paying $60 for a $20 game.
