The early October release date is good because there most likely will be a Black Friday/Xmas sale on it. For all these lengthy games with DLCs, I’ve always waited for GotY editions so I can play everything all at once. I don’t like waiting for the next DLC.

The thing is, you only tried 10 times. If you tried it 100 times, you would end up with stacks of exotics. I kept track of all my attempts, and the drop rate for me was around 20%. If you do the math, this exploit is much cheaper than buying from Xur.

Exactly how I feel. Use every advantage to your favor. The enemies’ lame tracking weapons can seek you behind cover and none of ours can do the same, so I don’t feel bad at all for anything that works in our favor.

Yup. Might only work for this week so let people know. There will be no Nightfall next week so no xp boost. If you add up the rep from each of the guns today without the xp boost, it doesn’t get you to rank 1. Only the xp boost helps to do that.
Yup. The Nightfall gave 500 rep to Vanguard, but only 250 to the faction. Will be even harder to level up rep when the nightfall xp boost goes away next week. :(
