You've got me worried now. Pretty sure most weapons need ~72 resources to upgrade. That basically means you can only upgrade 1 weapon per week if the ratio is 1:1 and 1 weapon per two weeks if the ratio is 2:1, assuming you only earn 100 vanguard OR crucible marks per week. :(
