These are real and they do work. My BRZ is boosted but with a different roots blower type, couldn’t stand to only have extra power at full throttle for limited amounts of time. Plus the dead weight of an extra battery, ugh.

Had the same exerience when I got my first street bike. Lost interest in cars for a while because of it. Now with the FZ-09 that I recently got, it is more about laughs/wheelies per mile vs pure acceleration as that bike is just a hooligan.
