FYI Reload includes all the improvement of FES plus a bunch more modern QoL. The only thing not included is “The: Answer”, which IMO is not worth playing anyways.

Not a bad idea to wait though. I’m pretty certain this version will be the definitive way to experience the main story but the pricing it just isn’t good.

You’re thinking of different things. you liked the multiplayer mode that came packaged with the game. They weren’t doing the new version of that, they were making a much bigger, stand-alone, money generating iteration that they were hoping to make a hit all on its own.

Sure, but like any other Quantic Dream game, you have to temper how neat this sounds with how absolutely stupid it will be in reality. 

Mario is nothing compared to Pokemon, the most profitable franchise of all time, which Nintendo owns approximately half of (it’s complicated, basically A B and C all own an equal share of D, but A also owns half of B and a small chunk of C).

I would hate for them to buy Nintendo. First of all, "their success lies off their hardware" means they would kill the Switch and move things onto Xbox. Second of all, no I can't argue this anymore it's just too awful to consider

Dude’s idea of success is ‘buy all the competition’ rather than, you know, actually investing in his own developers to make better games.  Sure buddy, try to buy the company that has consistently trounced the shit out of you in console sales…

Having watching a lot of Conan (mostly during the Late Night era), I don’t think this indicates that he knew anything about Masterson, just because he’s used this type of line with a lot of guests. It’s possible - it’s not like I could know for sure - but I doubt it given just this clip to go on.

i’m the guy that whenever they do the side-by-side with the OG version and remaster i always accidentally pick the older version as the ‘better looking’ one, so to me this just looks like the same old thing with more sauce on it.

I would be shocked if the Switch 2 did not have a nearly identical form factor to the Switch.  They have found a great niche and I think they will stick with it.

As a dad, I value the ability to play portable, so I can sneak in 5 and 10 minute bursts of play. I would much rather it be less pretty and portable than have it be higher powered and static.
