@Gyaruson 2.0: Eh, I guess. GTAIV is probably the most divisive game Rockstar has made yet; people either love it or hate it. I represent the former.

So, they really weren't sold for $50. It seems like every news outlet is reporting it like this, and it's pretty misleading. For example, the tagline for the IGN story reads "Boston-based game developer practically given away" which completely contradicts what is explained in the article.

@Gyaruson 2.0: What's wrong with introducing a deeper narrative? It certainly didn't change GTAIV or RDR for the worse; in fact, there are tons of more things to do in said games than there are in GTAIII. If you don't like the story, just do the same thing you did in III. There's more fun shit to do in these newer…

Game pisses me off so much. I spent a cumulative amount of almost 10 hours playing this game over the course of 2 days, made a console and countless sequels that sell millions, and I still can't win GOTY or perfect tens. Closest I've gotten is 2 10's.

This and 3-D needs to die. Quickly.

Did anyone else play Angry Birds for a half an hour and then just quit? Game is boring and shallow as hell.

@ARYXANDRE: COD4 is still better than MW2 or Black Ops. Great balancing and near-perfect maps, except for Downpour which is designed pour-ly.

While Ebert's argument is absolutely ridiculous, people like Kellee do not make much of a valid one either. Why do people cite the same arty, twee indie games when trying to define games as art? Why can't a game like Call of Duty or Halo be art?
