For me: 1) Lots of water. Bring your own so you get enough. 2) Lots of healthy snacks. Again, bring your own. 3) If you live in Colorado, buy some of the THC-infused tea sticks from Stillwater. A nice, mild buzz for sleeping or movies. 4) Don’t booze. It really makes things worse.
