I agree the congressional charter train probably shouldn’t be counted as Amtrak’s issue. But Amtrak also derailed another Cascades train last summer. Had it not been for the automatic derailing device, it probably would have gone into Chambers Bay. Or smashed into a partially lifted bridge.

LCI does not make the chassis for drivable RVs. Only towables. They do add the sub-frame to many Class-A, on top of the Ford or FCC chassis. Mor-Ryde also does that as well, and Mor-Ryde also stretches Ford chassis for some of the RV makers.

I would have said no, except they had supply contracts for this tire to well-known RV makers. Nobody would mistake Fleetwood or Monaco for delivery truck makers.
