Wahoowa!

Most sentimentally cherished would pretty much be just playing video games with my brother. TMNT: The Arcade Game was a major multiplayer staple, along with SMB3. Later in the Genesis era it was lots of Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles. I'd always play as Tails so essentially being invincible and working to

I thought he got along well with the red head, aka the Funny Viking.

Same here, I played the weekly heroic last week, and ran a few dailies. Considering it's Devil's Lair this week I should jump in and try and run the heroic and nightfall.

Sold my house last week (yay), and finally got the home inspection contingency cleared up this week (yay). The buyers were being real prigs (boo), although I suppose it's a good compromise where all parties think they've won but are still grumpy. Now begins the process of buying a bigger house (ugh, damned

The whole black + white = grey thing isn't funny but Jack White really seems like a humorless puss.

There's a Vita game that has a female protagonist. Set in New Orleans shortly after the revolutionary war, it has a somewhat interesting mechanic about the different outfits you can wear: assassin getup, highborn woman, or slave (your character is black but an adopted daughter of a rich family if I recall). Each

Ah, I must have jumbled that up in my mind thinking that was the first break in the modern world. True, starting any of the games in the present is terrible. Especially the tasks from 4.

There's the game Windward on Steam, which plays a lot like the recent Pirates! remake but without the dancing and non-boat-based aspects. It's in early access right now so it's pretty damn bare bones but it exists, which I suppose is something.

While Black Flag certainly tries to correct the mistakes of its predecessor, I'd say all the games start out pretty slowly requiring at least an hour or two of commitment until you really get going (or about 6 in the case of ACIII). Especially dealing with the present day excursion BS.

I don't know if there was active hate for Dark Souls II, I think people were just upset it didn't improve enough on the first and took a few steps back in certain places. Below are the complaints I've generally seen, I tend to disagree with all but the first.

Congrats on the platinum! I'm currently still digging away in the chalice dungeons.

Ugh, I think X-Wing Alliance being available may be enough to tempt me to put on my flightsuit and head to the airlock. Another concern is that it will lead to a double impulse buy of also purchasing a joystick.

I've said it elsewhere, but the battle rooms in the beach in transistor are really great for being forced to try different loadouts. I agree with you, there's a strong sense of accomplishment when you find a loadout that allows you handily defeat late-game enemies. But one of brilliant design choices is that with a

I support this as well, a DC based Gameological Killer Queen team. Now we just need a day to practice, who's in we need 3 (possibly 8 if we want to play with ourselves) more.

Hmm, that place is definitely big enough to fit this behemoth, I haven't been there in a few months though and don't recall seeing this bad boy. Now we just need people.

Man I hope this comes somewhere in DC. Anyone know 9 people that want to be friends (5 of them can be enemies too, as long as they like video games).

No RTS or turn based strategy games seems like an odd omission.

Yeah, but only if they're not wearing overalls.

I didn't and don't care about my upvote count, but for whatever reason when I merged my accounts Carl Hungus died and forced Carlton_Hungus upon the world.
