Thanks! We've received one offer so far, but they low-balled us so we countered yesterday. Coincidentally we've had lots of interest in our place over the past two days so we're really hoping to get another offer in so they can fight each other over price instead us.

I fall firmly in the "doesn't watch let's plays" camp. Not that I have anything against them, I just don't have time, I'd rather actually play a game than watch. I've watched snippets of some of the skill ones, Metal Gear Solid games (as has been mentioned above) seem to lend themselves well to these, but even then

Congrats on being so close to the Platinum! Between being kicked out of my house to allow potential buyers in and the NHL playoffs I've definitely fallen behind in Bloodborne, just made it to Rom in NG+. But being there live for the Capitals destruction of the Islanders last night is a tradeoff I'll gladly make.

PS4 also has two processors, so you can now download a game and play online at the same time without any trouble. It also has a "rest" mode which, while it would eat power if you used it all the time, is a good way to let something large download overnight if you have a slower internet connection.

See also all Dragon Quest games.

Who didn't love Dune's Gurney Halleck?!

Wasn't that around the year Jaromir Jagr was drafted? I'd say that was peak mullet.

Didn't we learn anything from All the Bravest when it comes to Squeenix and mobile money games. Although I suppose at least a Triple Triad game would be centered around and actual game.

That's usually my problem, I'll fiddle forever to get some minute detail the way I want it (those eyes are the perfect distance from the nose and eachother!) then I'll realize how long it would take me to put that much time in per category and just hit the old random button.

Really puts that MIT education to use.

An' Y do we have to always be criticizing?

The Ronso team really thought ahead, their uniforms are pretty indistinguishable from the normal Ronso clothes.

I feel like I dabble pretty broadly across all game genres, or at least can't really think of a genre I actively dislike. I'd say the genre I play least though would be fighting games. Going back to the Genesis days I could generally hold my own at a sleepover with Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat 2, so I'll go with

Or Gordon Freeman's insightful wit.

That last tweet could have been funnier if she said "schlong", now hire me to punch-up the rest.

That makes sense, I haven't played it since it was new so I'd largely forgotten the specifics of the combat and just remembered the more general slo-mo/hi-speed combat. Now that you mention some of those pauses are coming back to my memory, I know I've been spoiled by the more fluid, rhythmic, and speedier combat of

Not too much gaming for me this weekend, as has been the case too much these past weekends. House actually hit the market today so we essentially have to be out of it during the daytime hours from today through Sunday evening after the open house, which obviously limits playing pretty severely.

I can see how Simpsons wouldn't have aged well but why hasn't Viewtiful Joe? It seems like the cartoony beat-em-up gameplay wouldn't be too graphic dependent.

But he's poor! (At least until his video-game/nerd-prowess makes him a rich minor celebrity.) And learns the power of exercise once he gets too fat to fit comfortably into his virtual reality suit, thus allowing him to get the girl!
