I like the episode descriptions for Baskets. They take the most random, brief, throwaway scene from the episode and use it as the episode description. “Christine and Martha listen to harp music at brunch.” “Chip learns how to transfer a call.” “Chip sees a homeless person in a library.”

Angie Tribeca always has a good run of captions... including entire an entire plot for the season that doesn’t exist whatsoever in the actual episodes.

it’s not really substandard - it works for his dad. he just uses it in a parameter it is not designed for (too close to heat source).
