Sprint is number 3 overall. T-Mobile is number 4. Also, IIRC, Sprint is the only provider that, as of July 7th, will still be providing unlimited data to new customers.

Let me ask you this, if I book a flight and show up at the airport how exactly is the airline supposed to know if I've bought a ticket if their computer system is completely down? Even if a person checks in and boards before the system dies, if the flight hasn't been closed yet, I'm pretty sure that they haven't

I hadn't even thought about that LAN Party point O_O Now we don't have to pay blockbuster $8 just to get an extra copy of . I am quite pleased with this ^_^

There's a video from some German speaking television program floating around the internet about a group of naked skydivers at least one of which had his 'bits and pieces' flapping around in the wind. The host compared it to the trunk of a stuffed elephant toy he had sitting next to him. Even without understanding what

I remember the first time I read this one. I was laughing so hard that I got into a coughing fit ^_^

How did they justify charging $80 to change the oil and filter!? I've never gotten a 'professional' oil change that cost more than $40. Or are those not US Dollars?

I always wondered why my mother soaked Kidney beans before cooking them...I don't even think that she knew about this one she just did it because that's how she was taught. New and interesting information ^_^

June 2012...sigh we'll be waiting about a year then.

Here in the United States our numbering system works like this: 10^3 = 1000 = One Thousand, 10^6 = 1000000 = One Million, 10^9 = 1000000000 = One Billion, 10^12 = 1000000000000 = One Trillion, and so on. I never even heard of the million / milliard (sp?) system until I studied German in High School.

Maybe someone in the Post Office realized that someone like me would try to pull a prank like that...oh well.

I've always been tempted to fill one of those with lead and see if they'll let it ship...maybe I should do it the next time I'm out of town.

I thought that the 2H2 + O2 = 2H2O reaction was a 'put the two together in a small space and watch the explosion' kind of reaction. I didn't think that you could have them together and NOT end up with water (and a rather large amount of energy).

When I was a senior in High School (2003) I actually knew a junior with a Motorola 2-way pager. To this day I have no idea why he didn't have a cell phone. Cricket's unlimited service was cheaper at the time.

Don't forget, this is a US Supreme Court ruling. Marijuana is still illegal for any purpose under federal law. However, I wonder how the state supreme courts in any of the states that allow legalized use of medical marijuana would rule on a similar case.

Don't forget, aerogels are extreme desiccants. They tend to make skin dry and brittle over time.

Wow, I've never been swimming in an inland salt-water body but even in the Mediterranean Sea I had a large bit of well road rash from a luge accident and it burned a bit. I'm imagining 10x the salt 10x the burn...If I ever do visit I'll be sure to check myself for injuries....

They already owned half of Cingular. Cingular was a 50-50 partnership between SBC and BellSouth IIRC. Then Cingular bought AT&T Wireless (I was an AT&T Wireless customer back then). After that when SBC bought BellSouth Cingular became 100% owned by SBC so when SBC bought AT&T and changed their name to at&t (The NEW

Since he decided that each block would be 2 inches instead of 1 meter (39.37 inches) tall, that makes it almost 20:1 If he had been able to use the 1 block = 1 inch scale that he wanted to use it would have been nearly 40:1 O_O Truly massive....

There's a guy in my area that does it for $40. A friend of mine found out yesterday. Still nice gun though....
