I was going to measure up and figure it out, but it’s quite hard to find actual dimensions of both engines and the interior space of cars. Basically, though, I’m pretty sure a hellcat engine would fit in a 500 if you took the back seats out, R5 turbo/Clio V6 style.

I love cheap; particularly cheap and clever, using creative ideas to trim off excess weight and cost. It’s an interesting design challenge; taking something, and shedding all the excess weight and complexity from the design.

That was my thought, too; did they do any sporty k-cars that’d be an easy swap?

Having a similar sort of struggle; I’m looking to buy a classic, and there’s some quite nice examples within my budget and area of interest (looking at stuff like triumph dolomites. etc. with a budget of around £2.5-3k). For example, I’m currently considering a quite tidy 1500SE, of which there’s only about 6 on the

I was going to suggest the same thing.

If you were to kill someone, how would you hide the body?

riding close to the buffers on the “center gauge” thing, but I’ll take it.

    Nope.

Just idle thinking, purely triggered by the order that things came up in this article, and the red impreza from baby driver; does anyone else think it’d be fun if ferrari put out something along the lines of a subaru WRX wagon as their “SUV”?

Is that the source of my sadness; simply that my drone is too big?

It’s pretty specifically a young driver problem; I think my parents’ insurance is <£200. Used to be quite heavily weighted on gender, too, but some legislation was brought in a few years back forcing them to even it up, which, of course, they did by bumping up the cost of insurance for women. I’m looking to the

Disagree (at least, in the UK); while a v8 is probably better from a performance standpoint, the 4cl as one distinct advantage for the average teen; they’re actually cheap to insure as a first car, which is nice when insurance averages out at £2K for most people.

I’m feeling there’d be hacker glasses and dramatic plugging in of an ethernet cable, too. And maybe skydiving.

I’ve noticed similar stuff on freeview re-runs here in the UK; you notice it a lot on old BBC programs (stuff like top gear, new tricks etc.), as, due to the lack of ads, they tend to be a full hour. However, when they’re shown as re-runs on the ad-supported freeview channels, they get packed full of ads, and still

To be fair, it’d be rather more reasonable to compare an Iphone to a laptop from the nokia era, for example, a 1999 Toshiba Portégé 3010CT, which could do around 3.8hrs new. That’s still not really a fair comparison, though, as an Iphone, even an old one, would likely blow the toshiba out of the water on processing

I mean, how else do you move sheets/planks of wood from one location to another? I’ve tried a hand trolley and public transport, and, while functional, they’re not exactly convenient, especially for long distances; If I’m getting a car, I need some way to transport lumber with it (or any other long items, steel rods

I wouldn’ fancy trying to get hold of one, though; Can’t imagine they’re all that common.

I’m not much of a metalhead, but I always enjoy Leo’s covers; They’re well put together, and just plain fun. I also think it’s cute the way he gets his daughter in on quite a few of them; Get them rocking early.

I’ve been seriously tempted to get one in the past; Cheap to insure, cheap to buy, relatively practical; The only think that’s prevented me is that there’d be no way to put a roof rack on it, and I’d like to have that option (for transporting wood etc.)

Isn’t there a company offering new-but-old interceptor rebuilds, in the manner of the MG LE50? Probably be worth it for them just for the title.
