What is FORO? Is that like Swedish?

I'm an engineer but not an automotive engineer and comments such as these probably contribute to the lack of women in the field. It is a shame.

She's an engineer, they're not. Fragile pride butt hurt.

Don't worry. Most people who buy Jeeps (or anything off-road capable) never actually take their vehicles off-road... not even Wrangler buyers.

And as an enthusiast, you take anything Consumer Reports say seriously? Check your enthusiast card.

I immediately noticed that early on that it was lifting tires left and right and then read that white text on the red screen and about spit my drink all over my computer.

Sure it's great it has some sort of traction control or whatever to keep the vehicle moving forward. But that isn't articulation. Looks like it'd

What is wrong with some of these commenters talking about the woman engineer in the video? What the fuck is wrong with you people!

to be fair though, she is a legit engineer and jeep die hard, total Jalop.

Yeah, that "killer articulation" line had me break out in laughter. The engineer driving in this video told me, when the KL cherokee came out, that the flex was not good at all [in the Cherokee] and its definitely more than this little guy. were talking ramps scores in the 200's here.

Too bad CR is mostly a bunch of garbage. if you follow them for car buying advice, then National Enquirer is probably the better newspaper for you.

Predicted Reliability? What the hell does that mean?

Surprised they didn't throw in more buzz words. "This Jeep has more synergy than any Jeep before it"

"predicted reliability" Just think about that phrase. It's ridiculous.

Came here to make this point; you saved me the effort. Agreed entirely.

Love how they speed up the footage 13 seconds in to make that approach angle shot more impressive. Also you have to laugh at the "KILLER ARTICULATION!" bit as there's one tire off the ground due to a lack of actual articulation. The hyperbole in this ad campaign is laughable. I hate these ads mostly though because

Marketing guys make me laugh. You can't tout "Killer articulation!" while showing shots off the rig three wheeling. It's like proclaiming your a great pitcher and then beaning three hitters in a row.

At roughly 2:00, looks like about a 71 Ford LTD coupe. Was not expecting that.
