These 1988 regal coupes are underloved. I think they could be great sleepers if you were to put a 3.8 liter supercharged v-6 in or grand national engine in. Even as stock form these days I prefer it over a t-type or grand national

Many of these had their bodies tossed and frames taken to make Ferrari and Lamborghini wannabes. Kind of a win win considering repair costs to actual supercars like them.

This is good news! I’d watch this over any new guys doing top gear US because it was reliably good now just add Edd China to make his weird creations for these guys to drive and it would be awesome

It looks like a band aid type of fix I always thought it didn’t belong on a jeep I mean paint it body color so it blends in

My father had an Opel Rekord and the transmission died just after he pulled away from a toll booth. I was going also on how they seem to never really show up to classic car shows much so I tend to believe that the rust cancer got to them although I do like the little Opel GT.

I seem to recall even though before my time that Opels were of poor quality when they sold them here in America. That being said. I miss the videos of car spotting in NYC Raphael. What happened to them???
