When you hire movie actors to do voice acting, it’s gonna be hugely expensive. Just get regular voice actors, pay them at a normal rate. Then use the extra money to pay the artists who DRAW your anime, make working hours sane by hiring more staff and lower hours per artist to approximately 8 a day.
