So my only concern about this changing to something less pop culture was I thought it raised money for scholarships and if it was less well attended or viewed that might be impacted—

In the 2 cities that OC would be living in, that is not a big salary.

That was my first thought.

Doesn’t she actually have to fund 2 places to live—-I would assume she has to maintain a residence in her district AND a place in DC which is very expensive. Plus, who pays for their district offices? Do Representatives get money from the Federal or their state government to pay for that?

The best part of this ceremony was when they cut off the recording of Elvis singing (which was very surreal) and Trump said that his staff had no promotional abilities.  Maybe he didn’t have enough rehearsals for the live show..

I might have to see this. Dumbo is the very first movie I remember seeing. We had a drive-in theatre that would play Disney movies in the summer and parents would bring kids in their PJ’s and they’d watch until they fell asleep in the back seat of the car.
