So what if you stood upside down with the scale still at your feet, would you weigh your heaviest (it's troll science, shut up about it).

I agree, one of my all time favorite platforms is a twin turbo straight 6, and ear euphoria is not the biggest decision in a purchase, but I do love when an E92 or E60 screams by me as the sound is amazing.

Fully familiar with that sound, but the V10, IMOO, sounds 1000x better.

This is what I was fearful of. The V10 M5 sounded GODLY, like a sedan swallowed an Indy car. Then they released the F10 V8TT, which sounds good, but no where near as good as the E60.

I would be pretty light hearted about the situation too if the cost of the ticket were the equivalent to my pocket as dropping a penny is to everyone else.

An elephant that never forgets you say...

That Blue!...

So the next new Bugatti, like all the other "new" Bugatti's, will be a Veyron with "limited edition" names and colors and a hybrid engine of some sort. Riveting.

Yes, I have driven Ferrari's, Porsche's,and Audi's DCT systems in many cars, quite a few on a race track, I even owned one, and for a race car, I'm taking the DCT. But for street driving, manual all day long. Don't bore me to death with monotony please.

Don't care, manual = more fun unless you are buying this for 100% track day time...

Its a simple matter of mechanics though. When a TC car shifts, it has to shift from gear 1 to gear 2. A DCT (such as PDK) is in gear 1 and gear 2 at the same time, only the clutch connected to gear 1 is engaged and the clutch for gear 2 is disengaged, sitting mm's away from engagement, so when you signal the gear

Nah. As long as a manual transmission is available I will not even bother with the auto.

You are correct about the manual part, but I highly doubt anything with a torque converter will be faster than the PDK. If you've never experienced the PDK, they are lightning fast.

I'm not mad at the convertible, in fact, I always said I would enjoy the Z06 more if it had a targa top or a convertible, as 99% of the time behind the wheel is spent on city streets and not the track. It's the autotradgic transmission that is a tragedy, especially because it will not even be a performance

They all already drive automatic convertible base models anyways, so the only difference here is more power.

They can't even move the used 'high mileage' (2,000 +) Veyrons at a $1.1M asking price, never mind the piles of roadsters sitting around for $2M+. How do they expect to sell a $3M car who's mascara is running to anyone but Lady Gag Me.

Why would an enthusiast want a convertible autotradgic Z06?

Those are the retirees who like cars, like truly like cars. There are other main stream retirees and empty nesters who buy a Corvette because they want a convertible sports car and couldn't have one because kids / work /whatever. These are the ones with the convertible automatics who have a hard enough time keeping an

Are you sure it wasn't a Grand Sport? They were essentially Z06 bodies with the LS3 motor.
