How far off are we from being able to scan and 3d print whole car parts for something like this. Sure, it may not be a true Bugatti by anyone's standard, but it would make building an exact recreation for those fortunate enough that much easier, and it would be so cool to see things like this on the road again.

I don't care about your logic and neither do the producers. The car had to have an offset of grandeur to play into Nemo's prowess. The car looks awesome and sounds great and while it is a bit of a stretch for its time, it played well with the rest of the movie.
