Who still owns clocks that don't change themselves?

I didn't think windows make for great insulation. Plus half the building hanging out in the breeze will make a great heat sink. I like it, but energy efficiency was not their first priority.

@REO Speedwagon: You cannot deny that not all labor is of equal value, though. Some jobs are difficult, dangerous, or require special skill or intelligence and therefore have a higher value than sweeping streets. The scale might be stretched, but there is a scale.
