I have tried Sous Vide shrimp before and I can say that is how I discovered a sensitivity to fish that isn’t cooked thoroughly. Apparently there is something on shrimp that gives me an allergic reaction but is killed when the shrimp is cooked all the way.

Super expensive but totally worth it if your child can’t get to sleep without passing gas. It was so painful and uncomfortable for our first born I wish these were around. Fortunately our second born is much more capable and does not have the same GI problems.
