Wow, that is a big step up. Looks awesome though and if it has the same footprint as a slow cooker then it is worth it for space saving alone. I’m very happy with my Joule but in a few years I could see myself buying more versatile appliances.

I feel sorry for them because the mods are being sold as value adding but the customization has no return whatsoever.  

Whenever I see a wrangler on the road I generally assume that said person is just bad with money. A used wrangler that is owned by a gear-head or a mud-hog is completely understandable because that is part of their lifestyle but a brand new suburban dad’s daily driver is just ludicrous.

I’m responding to my own comment but this actually makes a lot of sense. The meat will be perfectly cooked and remain juice but instead of one or two slices you can fill the thing with a whole block.

In terms of lifehacking, this actually does make sense. It makes you less available and allows you to focus on your work with less distraction. Texting and email allows for more succinct communication.

Some bells are dorky. Spurcycle clearly understood the stigma and created a bell that I would happily put on a bike.
