That sounds amazing. Thank you so much for answering my question!

I consider one of my most memorable meals to be from there. The wait is well worth it.

I sous vide turkey legs and then deep fried them for no more than 3 minutes. It was honest to God the best turkey I’ve ever eaten. It makes an incredibly good crust, but I agree, a whole bird is just for show. If you haven’t done it, please try it out!

Hey Jesika,

Maybe car makers are just gearing up for self driving cars.

I just tried this out with Turkey Legs... OH MY GOD THAT IS GOOD. SO flavorful and juicy. I took it one step further and deep fried the turkey. Heaven. Crispy skin was achieved.

There was a chocolatier in Pittsburgh who would drop the price hard on bloomed chocolate. I could never bring myself to buy it because the white outside just made me think it was moldy or rancid. Now I think, I could have baked or made hot chocolate.

I miss that show.

Don’t ever stop being awesome.

I’m in the same boat. I’ve pretty much resigned to all of her hunger whims. Not a bad thing though.

I love the movie but I really can’t stand watching it after finding out what happened to her behind the scenes.

The thing that irks me is that if anyone wants to sell their house, this DOES scare potential buyers away. No denying that.

I shouldn’t have laughed but that was hilarious.

Your seafood binge reminds me what I did after a Crossfit competition. I walked into a seafood restaurant and spent $100 on food that didn’t sit on my plate for more than 15 minutes. Such a great feeling...

I think people just don’t want to wait out in the cold for hours for a deal when they can take their chances online. Better to miss the deal because of a slow mouse click in the warmth of your home.

Also, everyone is just going to do Cyber Monday anyway. I remember going to Best Buy the weekend after Black Friday and finding inventory for some of the doorbusters.

Alternate name for this if you are doing weights in one hand only, “suitcase carry.”

An interesting variation to this is the suitcase carry. Its actually quite difficult because it forces you to stabilize your core despite uneven weight.

Like all things, it requires practice and real interest. If you didn’t like it as a kid, you may not like it now but if you break through the initial effort its not bad at all. You’ll get to a point where you are stringing together dozens and it actually becomes an endurance exercise not a test in patience.

I really like that there was a curried soup with a heavy broth in this list. A nice left turn on this culinary journey.
