The completely insane text conversations I have with my friends at random hours are so good that I frequently revisit them and laugh. If you’re the type of person who doesn’t want a funny text sent to you at 1 in the morning, you’re either to dumb to use “do not disturb” or extremely boring.

I was prepared for the weird Sonic character design. I was not prepared for that to be maybe the 5th worst thing in the trailer.

I think I’d say, and I mean this as an immense compliment, that he’s a poor man’s Tim Duncan.

Is she smarter, or is she just the only one who cares so much about being queen that she’d rather be dead instead? She took the gamble that everyone else would win, because the reward for sending her army north didn’t matter to her.

I think between us we’re touching on point of “what’s interesting to ‘watch’ isn’t necessarily what’s interesting to ‘follow’”.

I think this interview encapsulates a lot of what makes it hard for me to root for him: I don’t get to play the game. The season is long, and I don’t get a rush from just watching a regular season game with no particular stakes.

I have the same NY-to-Chicago experience, and really what I miss is the ABILITY to get that greasy pizza wherever, whenever. There’s one on every block, they’re open until like 4AM. The pizza is good but not irreplaceable, it’s the experience, and I’m never getting that back.
